Chickonwheelz here, I just wanted to pop on and say that I find your support absolutely invaluable!
I haven’t been posting much on my blog because I’m really struggling with severe pain levels at the moment as well as my mental health. I’ve only now got the motivation to do the first half of my second uni assignment and I’m so proud that I’ve made a start.
I just wanted to tell you all that to please remember that it’s okay to have a bad day and you should shout from the rooftops about your smallest achievements wether that be an Essay that’s due, having a wash and change of clothes or even making pancakes with your family.
The more you berated yourself for not getting things done, the longer it will take you to bounce back.
So please, be kind to yourself and others because you never know what they are going through or whether you’ll need a helping hand in the near future.
It will get better. You can’t be uber happy all the time but neither can you let yourself be dragged down by the darkness. It’s okay not to be okay.
Soon this feeling will pass and the sun will shine again.
