Mental Health Monday: Is it just your thinking?

๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ?

I hear it all the time, people innocently say, โ€œI know, itโ€™s just my thinkingโ€.

I should exercise, my mind is always so busy, I feel depressed, I analyze everything, I fear the unknown, I donโ€™t feel confident because Iโ€™ve gained weight, etc. 

Then they say, โ€œI know itโ€™s only my thinkingโ€. No, they really donโ€™t know itโ€™s their thinking or they would be spending more time in well-being. They simply need a deeper understanding of the spiritual side of being human. 

The implications of not understanding we are thinkers or how our experience of reality is really created, we innocently play out whatโ€™s happening. We havenโ€™t woken up from the day time dream.

The other night I had a crazy dream, it seemed so real. When I woke up, I thought, โ€œI am so glad that was a dreamโ€. I didnโ€™t give it any more attention. I didnโ€™t have to, I saw it for what it was. 

๐–๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐š ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ, ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž, ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ, ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐จ๐›๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž, ๐๐ž๐ญ๐š๐œ๐ก ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ . ๐–๐ž ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ค๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ข๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐š ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ. ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐žโ€™๐ฌ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ.

What’s missing when people think it’s just their thinking? ๐“๐ก๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ.

There is the spiritual power of Thought behind life that gives us the ability to experience life.  

It is neutral, you canโ€™t see it, itโ€™s formless. Itโ€™s a gift we all have been given upon our arrival on planet earth to experience life.

Out of this spiritual formless energy, we create something. We turn that formless energy into play-doh which is thinking. 

When we give meaning to Thought, it turns into thinking, creating our feelings, habits, behaviors and actions. 

The best part, you can use that play-doh any way you like to create possibilities, dreams, well-being, health, relationships, etc.

When we begin to recognize and understand through realizations and insights, not from the intellect that there is a spiritual intelligence behind life we see experience life differently. Free-will, hope and possibilities come alive.

Thought creates an experience from the inside-out, no exceptions.

Our experience of life is illusionary, it doesnโ€™t come from the past, the virus, the weather, our job, etc. Though it feels likes it does.

Thought creates feelings, we live in a thought created โ€œrealityโ€. 

Everyone thinks differently, we all live in separate realities. Have you experienced how different everyone in your family thinks about a specific situation? Even though you are all family, you think differently. 

Thought by nature comes and goes, itโ€™s fluid and changes moment to moment. Itโ€™s fast, temporary and passes through us as an experience via feelings. Have you noticed some days you wake up in a low mood and other days in a high mood?  Itโ€™s thought moving through you creating those moods

Feelings are a barometer that is meant to keep you in emotional equilibrium. No need to analyze or ask โ€œhowโ€ or โ€œwhyโ€ this is happening.

When you are feeling off, just recognizing so, your thinking changes on its own, thatโ€™s the play-doh and youโ€™ll live life more from a good feeling.

Isn’t it a relief to know you don’t have to do anything with your thinking?
